Revenue Performance: MIC reported a monthly revenue of NT$7.174 billion in September, pushing its third-quarter total to a record NT$21.91 billion. With a year-to-date revenue of NT$57.421 billion, the company has already surpassed its total revenue for the entire previous year.
Order Outlook: Chairman Kao Hsin-ming stated that the company's backlog has reached NT$135.1 billion, with visibility extending through 2028. Management is already planning operations for 2029 and 2030 to ensure consistent support for client capacity expansion.
Global Expansion: The company is actively involved in construction projects for TSMC’s plants in Japan and Germany. For its US and German operations, MIC is prioritizing the use of local construction teams that undergo rigorous training before entering the field.
Technological Drivers: Demand for CoWoS-related equipment remains a primary growth catalyst due to the rapid expansion of advanced packaging capacity. MIC continues to invest in new technologies to secure future orders and meet evolving client requirements.
