Macronix reported record-breaking revenue for September, with year-to-date figures already exceeding its previous full-year revenue record.
What Happened
Revenue Growth: Macronix achieved a record-breaking September revenue of NT$8.367 billion, marking the sixth consecutive month of record highs. The company's third-quarter revenue reached NT$24.24 billion, setting a new quarterly record for the second consecutive time.
Annual Milestone: Cumulative revenue for the first nine months of the year reached NT$53.831 billion, a 154.5% year-over-year increase. This figure has already surpassed the company's previous full-year revenue record set in 2021, highlighting exceptional operational momentum.
Market Outlook: Management noted that pricing for eMMC and SLC NAND products is being negotiated on a monthly basis, with expectations that upward price trends will persist through the fourth quarter. Supply remains tight, providing a favorable environment for the company's product lines.
Future Drivers: The ongoing evolution of AI servers is driving increased demand for high-end NOR Flash memory. Macronix anticipates continued growth in shipments for both NAND and eMMC products, supporting a positive outlook for the remainder of the year.
