Passive component maker Sanji Rui reported a return to growth in July, driven by AI server battery systems and strong demand from Chinese clients.
What Happened
July Revenue Recovery: Sanji Rui announced July consolidated revenue of NT$192 million, marking a rebound from both the previous month and the same period last year. The company attributed this growth to robust shipments of AI server backup battery units (BBU) and increased demand for inductor components from Chinese clients.
AI Supply Chain Expansion: Driven by the commercialization of generative AI and large language models, cloud data center infrastructure investment has accelerated. Sanji Rui leverages its production bases in Suzhou and Dongguan to serve local Chinese AI supply chains, with its BBU magnetic components already integrated into major international power supply manufacturers and NVIDIA AI platforms.
High-End Product Development: The company continues to focus on miniaturization and high power density to meet the requirements of next-generation AI power architectures. Its TLVR series products have entered mass production and have been successfully adopted by major domestic and international server brands, which is expected to boost the revenue share of high-end products.
Future Outlook: Sanji Rui has successfully sampled and received certification for high-power magnetic components for HVDC 800V insulation systems. Small-batch shipments are scheduled to begin in August, with significant volume growth expected from Q4 through early next year as new client platforms enter mass production.
