Investment Update: Gudeng Precision Venture Capital has officially disclosed a total holding of 2.137 million shares in Linker, representing a 5.57% stake in the company. This move follows a private placement acquisition aimed at long-term strategic investment in the AOI equipment sector.
Transaction Details: The private placement was priced at NT$135 per share, based on a reference price of NT$168.65 established on August 13, 2025. Prior to this, Gudeng had adjusted its holdings through open market transactions between May and June 2025 before finalizing the private placement in August.
Company Background: Founded in 2002 by Chairman Lin Wen-pin, Linker has established itself as a key player in the AOI industry with significant backing from industry veterans, including Gudeng and Suncor. The company focuses on advanced optical inspection solutions essential for modern manufacturing processes.
