Auras Technology expects a record fourth quarter as liquid cooling solutions for GPUs and ASICs ramp up, projecting 70% annual revenue growth.

What Happened

Operational Peak: Auras Chairman Lin Yu-shen stated that the mass production of Nvidia's VR series and the ramp-up of ASIC products will drive a Q4 operational peak. Analysts expect Q3 revenue to grow 20-30% sequentially, with full-year revenue growth projected at 70%.

Product Strategy: The company is expanding its cold plate offerings and has secured ASIC project orders from Amazon AWS and Meta. ASIC revenue contribution is expected to reach 40% by year-end, while liquid cooling products are projected to account for 70-80% of revenue next year.

Capacity Expansion: The second phase of the Thailand plant is set for September production, with triple the capacity of phase one. Phase three is scheduled to break ground by year-end, with a fourth phase already in the planning stages to meet future demand.

Capital Expenditure: Auras has invested approximately NT$10 billion in capex since 2024, with NT$3-3.5 billion allocated for this year. The company expects the pace of capital expenditure to moderate as it focuses on optimizing existing capacity.
