Test Rite plans an October IPO, aiming for 10% annual revenue growth through community store expansion and strategic acquisitions in home services.
What Happened
IPO Roadmap: Chairman Ho Tang-hsiung announced that Test Rite is scheduled to go public by the end of October. The company aims for a 10% annual revenue growth, capitalizing on structural trends such as aging demographics, the rise of smaller living spaces, and the growing demand for home renovation.
Expansion Strategy: To enhance service accessibility, Test Rite plans to open six to eight new community stores annually. This strategy is designed to bring professional home repair services closer to consumers and strengthen the company's market presence.
M&A and International Growth: The group is actively seeking acquisition targets in sectors like cleaning services and water treatment to bolster its professional service capabilities. Internationally, Test Rite has identified Malaysia as a priority market and has begun recruiting local talent to support its expansion efforts.
Private Label Focus: General Manager Chang Po-ching noted that private-label products currently account for approximately 25% of total revenue. The company intends to increase this share further to improve profit margins and enhance product differentiation, supporting long-term operational growth.
