Record Revenue Growth: Benefiting from robust demand in the power sector, Fortune Electric and Chung-Hsin Electric announced record-high revenue for both September and the first three quarters of the year. Chung-Hsin Electric saw a 11.27% year-over-year increase in September, while Fortune Electric grew by 10.4%.
Semiconductor Sector Tailwinds: Fortune Electric noted that AI infrastructure development and semiconductor capacity expansion have significantly boosted demand for heavy electrical equipment. The company's order backlog has reached a record high of over NT$13 billion, with semiconductor-related projects accounting for 35% of the total.
Strong Order Visibility: Chung-Hsin Electric currently holds a massive order backlog of NT$43.1 billion, with some visibility extending as far as 2031. The company has set an annual order intake target of NT$26 billion, reflecting its dominant position in the domestic market.
Strategic Equipment Supply: Chung-Hsin Electric has successfully secured certification for its GIS switchgear to be used in new semiconductor fabrication plants. These shipments are expected to commence in the fourth quarter, providing a significant boost to the company's year-end financial performance.
