Taiwan's top thermal solution providers, including AVC, Auras, and Jentech, reported record-breaking Q3 revenues driven by robust demand for AI server liquid cooling.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: Thermal solution leaders AVC, Auras, and Jentech released their September revenue figures, with AVC hitting a record high of NT$21.018 billion. Despite minor monthly fluctuations for Auras and Jentech, all three companies achieved record-breaking quarterly revenue for Q3, underscoring strong AI market demand.
AVC Outlook: Analysts remain bullish on AVC due to strong shipments of liquid cooling components for Nvidia's GB300 and upcoming volume from Google and AWS. With ASIC products offering higher margins than GPUs, AVC is expected to maintain strong performance this quarter.
Jentech Strategy: Jentech is benefiting from rising thermal design power requirements, which are driving up average selling prices. The company plans to introduce removable lids for Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform by 2027, aiming to enhance cooling efficiency and market share.
Auras Expansion: Auras has re-entered Nvidia's supply chain for liquid cooling and secured orders from multiple cloud service providers. Despite temporary production delays in Thailand, analysts expect liquid cooling products to drive a double-digit quarterly revenue increase.
