Real estate sales leader Haiyue reported a 5.4x year-on-year revenue jump in August 2026, fueled by project completions and steady pre-sale performance.
What Happened
Revenue Growth: Haiyue (2348-TW) reported August 2026 revenue of NT$1.425 billion, a 5.4-fold increase year-on-year, with cumulative revenue for the first eight months reaching NT$6.619 billion. The company anticipates a stronger performance in the second half of the year compared to the first, driven by project delivery schedules.
Sales Momentum: Sales performance for key projects in Northern Taiwan remains robust, meeting market expectations. With several new projects set to launch in Taipei, New Taipei, and Hsinchu, the company expects sustained revenue contributions from its brokerage business.
Project Handovers: Since June, Haiyue has recognized revenue from major projects such as "Dun Yang" and "A3 Light Point," with "Smile Haiyue 2" and "Taiwan Yin Fu" contributing to the August results. These completions serve as a primary engine for the company's current financial growth.
Strategic Outlook: The company continues to pursue a diversified business model, integrating vertically into developers' early-stage planning. With additional project revenue from Taichung's "Dali Ye Cui" expected by year-end, Haiyue aims to further solidify its market share.
