Wiwynn reported record-breaking August revenue, driven by strong ASIC server shipments and upcoming liquid cooling technology, prompting analysts to raise its full-year EPS forecast.

What Happened

Revenue Performance: Wiwynn reported a record-breaking monthly revenue of NT$144.31 billion in August, marking a 22% monthly increase and a 50.4% year-over-year growth. The performance for July and August combined has surpassed market expectations, highlighting the company's robust momentum in the server market.

Product Mix Evolution: While general-purpose servers dominated shipments in the first half of the year, the company is shifting toward a balanced mix of general-purpose and ASIC servers in Q3. By Q4, ASIC products are expected to surpass general-purpose servers, with GPU server shipments further diversifying the company's revenue streams.

Liquid Cooling Upside: Following the mass production of AWS T3 air-cooled servers, Wiwynn is set to begin shipping liquid-cooled units in Q4, which command prices three to four times higher than air-cooled versions. Analysts expect the company to benefit significantly as liquid cooling adoption rates rise through 2027.

Earnings Outlook: As the ODM with the highest exposure to ASIC development, Wiwynn is well-positioned to capitalize on CSPs' increasing focus on proprietary chips. Consequently, analysts have raised the full-year EPS forecast to NT$339.4, reflecting confidence in the company's long-term growth trajectory.
