What Happened

Digital Transformation: The Financial Supervisory Commission's eGift service, launched in March, has seen strong adoption with 234 companies signed up and 44 actively utilizing the platform for shareholder meetings.

Boosting Engagement: Companies using the eGift system reported record-breaking electronic voting figures, with the electronic voting ratio reaching 61.8% of total attendance, marking a significant year-over-year improvement.

Investor Participation: The initiative has been particularly popular among shareholders holding at least 1,000 shares, who saw their electronic voting participation surge by 214.9% compared to the previous year.

Preferred Rewards: Convenience store gift cards emerged as the top choice for issuers, accounting for nearly 80% of the digital gifts provided, followed by coffee and dairy product vouchers.
