Shiny Construction reported a record-breaking September revenue as major self-developed projects reached completion and handover stages.
What Happened
Revenue Surge: Shiny Construction reported a record monthly revenue of NT$3.26 billion in September, a 238.7% increase year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first three quarters reached NT$9.61 billion, driven primarily by the handover of self-developed residential projects.
Handover Impact: The significant revenue growth was fueled by the completion of projects such as "Yuanshan Dibao" and "Shizheng Aiyue." The former alone contributed approximately NT$2.43 billion to the monthly total.
Strategic Shift: The company is successfully transitioning from a traditional real estate agency model to a diversified developer model involving land acquisition, self-construction, and construction management. This shift is expected to provide a more balanced and sustainable revenue stream.
Future Outlook: With numerous projects like the "Dijing" series and multiple phases of "Hsinchu Dibao" nearing completion, the company expects a steady pipeline of revenue recognition. These upcoming handovers are anticipated to bolster both top-line growth and profitability in the coming quarters.
