San Lien Technology reported strong H1 earnings and completed the acquisition of Italian vibration monitoring specialist SARA to expand its global footprint.

What Happened

Strong H1 Financial Performance: San Lien Technology reported a 16.8% year-on-year increase in H1 revenue, with net profit attributable to the parent company surging 108.3% to NT$120 million. Driven by robust demand for semiconductor specialty chemicals and steady growth in automated monitoring, the company achieved an EPS of NT$2.76.

Strategic Acquisition Completed: The company finalized the full acquisition of Italian vibration monitoring equipment manufacturer SARA in July. This strategic move allows San Lien to integrate SARA's precision sensing technology with its existing seismic and vibration monitoring product lines.

Strengthening European Operations: By acquiring SARA, San Lien has established a dedicated R&D, manufacturing, and sales hub in Italy. This facility, combined with the company's existing Swiss operations, creates a comprehensive technical network across Europe.

Global Market Expansion: San Lien plans to leverage its US subsidiary, Rift Systems, and international partners to accelerate market penetration across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The company has also secured several major domestic engineering and testing projects to bolster its long-term growth momentum.
