Elite Advanced Material reports a book-to-bill ratio above 1, driven by surging AI server power requirements, and anticipates rising revenue through the second half.

What Happened

Operational Outlook: Elite Advanced Material (EAM) reports a book-to-bill ratio exceeding 1, driven by robust demand for power components in AI servers. Management expects revenue to trend upward quarter-over-quarter in the second half of the year, supported by double-digit price hikes implemented to offset rising raw material costs.

Product Momentum: Servers have become EAM's largest revenue contributor, accounting for 35.6% of total sales in the first half. The company is seeing increased shipments of high-specification CAP, V-Chip, and Hybrid capacitors, with the high-margin Hybrid line playing a key role in improving overall product mix.

Market Opportunities: Supply constraints in high-capacitance MLCCs are driving demand toward EAM's CAP products, particularly among GPU and ASIC platform developers. To capture this growth, EAM plans to expand its monthly CAP production capacity from 70 million units to 120 million by the first half of next year.

Future Growth Engines: EAM is developing SMLC conductive polymer capacitors to replace tantalum capacitors. These components have already entered the laptop market and are undergoing certification for enterprise SSDs, positioning them as a significant growth driver for the upcoming fiscal year.
