泓德能源 has launched its second share buyback program, planning to repurchase 8,000 shares to boost employee incentives and demonstrate long-term confidence.
What Happened
Share Buyback Program: 泓德能源 has approved its second share buyback initiative, scheduled to run from November 6, 2026, to January 4, 2027. The company plans to repurchase up to 8,000 common shares, representing approximately 5.61% of its issued capital, with a price ceiling of NT$93 per share and a total budget of NT$744 million to be used for employee stock grants.
Global Expansion Strategy: The group is aggressively expanding its footprint across Taiwan, Japan, and Australia, with 335MW of solar and energy storage projects planned for Taiwan in 2027. In Australia, the company is leveraging its South Australian assets to provide stable, low-carbon energy solutions to large-scale AI data centers while advancing major storage projects.
Subsidiary Performance: Subsidiary 星星電力 expects its 2027 revenue to surge to NT$5.37 billion, driven by increased green power supply. Meanwhile, the charging station arm, 星舟快充, is seeing rapid growth in both revenue and network scale, with over 70% of its fast-charging stations now cash-flow positive and a growing franchise business model.
Equipment Brand Growth: The company's proprietary equipment brand, TAITEN, is focusing on energy storage control components and charging infrastructure. It has set a 2027 revenue target of NT$310 million, aiming for a cumulative revenue of NT$1.56 billion over the next three years by integrating its products into the group's broader virtual power plant and storage projects.
