The company reported a record-breaking monthly revenue of $242 million in August, marking a 31.04% increase from the previous month and an 84.99% jump year-over-year.
Financial Performance: For the first half of 2026, the company achieved a net profit of $88.96 million, representing a 1.49-fold increase compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share reached $4.31, reflecting strong profitability despite minor fluctuations in quarterly gross margins.
Capital Raising: The board of directors has approved a plan to issue 1,630 new shares at a tentative price of $92 per share. This capital increase aims to raise approximately $150 million to support the company's ongoing business expansion and operational requirements.
Dividend Policy: Adopting a semi-annual dividend distribution policy this year, the company has declared a cash dividend of $3.5 per share for the first half of 2026. The ex-dividend date is set for September 15, with payments scheduled for October 13, following a strong market performance that saw the stock hit its daily limit of $141.5.
