Jingcheng reports record-breaking August revenue driven by strong automotive orders and is aggressively expanding into AI liquid cooling thermal solutions.
What Happened
Record Performance: Jingcheng reported August consolidated revenue of NT$1.137 billion, marking a 101.19% year-over-year increase and the fourth consecutive month of record-high revenue. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$6.544 billion, reflecting a 33.42% growth rate.
Automotive Demand: The strong performance is largely driven by increased order volumes from major clients like Volkswagen and Hyundai, which have significantly boosted capacity utilization at European facilities. Operations at the company's Guangzhou and Huzhou plants in China also remain steady.
AI Thermal Solutions: The company is actively developing AI liquid cooling products, including manifolds, immersion cabinets, CDUs, and BBUs. These components are currently undergoing rigorous certification processes with clients, providing visibility for shipments in the second half of the year.
Strategic Growth: Jingcheng has identified EV battery housings, automated production equipment, and AI liquid cooling as its three core growth pillars. Analysts expect that deepened strategic partnerships will lead to further orders for water-cooling components in the coming year.
