Brand Performance: Key brands such as "Ya Mi" and "Yakiniku Niu Jiang" have shown strong momentum, with Ya Mi’s cumulative revenue surging over 114%. Additionally, the successful trial operation of the Ding Xian Taipei Dome branch highlights the group's strong appeal in the high-end dining market.
Supply Chain Optimization: The group’s central kitchen, which began operations in Q3, is enhancing efficiency and quality consistency through standardized processes and cold-chain management.
