Regent Taipei achieved record-breaking revenue for August and the first eight months of the year, bolstered by strong summer travel and business events.

Revenue Performance: Regent Taipei reported a consolidated revenue of NT$595 million for August, marking a 7.58% year-on-year increase. The cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$4.731 billion, up 5.56% from the previous year, setting new records for both periods.
Growth Drivers: The strong performance was fueled by robust summer demand for accommodation and dining, alongside the influx of international business travelers attending the SEMICON Taiwan exhibition. Looking ahead, the company expects continued momentum from domestic travel subsidies and upcoming holiday seasons, including the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays.
Retail Expansion: The Regent Galleria is entering its peak season, with new flagship store openings and promotional events expected to drive sales growth of 15% to 18% over the period. This retail segment remains a critical component of the group's diversified revenue strategy.
Future Outlook: The group is actively expanding its market share through international chef collaborations, seasonal dining promotions, and strong mooncake sales. With the upcoming year-end banquet season, management remains optimistic that the three core engines of accommodation, dining, and luxury retail will sustain growth through the fourth quarter.
