What Happened
Record Revenue Milestone: World Gym Taiwan reported September revenue of NT$1.01 billion, marking the first time the company has surpassed the NT$1 billion threshold in a single month. Cumulative revenue for the first nine months reached NT$8.742 billion, a 7.8% increase year-over-year, reflecting the company's continued operational expansion.
Growth Drivers: The revenue growth was primarily driven by increases in both membership fees and personal training revenue, which grew by 9.2% and 6.8% respectively compared to the previous year. By integrating professional HYROX training and equipment, the company has successfully enhanced member engagement and service differentiation.
Expansion Strategy: World Gym continues to accelerate its physical footprint, having added seven new locations this year, with a total of 146 branches expected by year-end. Beyond the domestic market, the company is set to open its first overseas direct-operated gym in Bangkok, Thailand, by the end of the year.
Future Outlook: With new locations coming online and the commencement of overseas expansion, World Gym remains optimistic about its future growth momentum. By leveraging partnerships with international fitness event brands, the company continues to strengthen its market influence and consolidate its position as a leader in the fitness industry.
