Nani-Lake is driving future growth through major BOT projects in Pingtung and Kaohsiung, alongside successful residential project deliveries.
What Happened
Return to Profitability: Nani-Lake reported a return to profitability in the first half of the year, driven by improved service area operations and the delivery of the 'Culture Amy' residential project. The company is leveraging these gains to support its ongoing expansion into large-scale development projects.
Residential Project Progress: The 'Amy Dome' project, with a total sales value of NT$660 million, has achieved a 94% sales rate and is scheduled for full delivery by Q1 next year. Located in the prime Zuoying district, this project serves as a key contributor to the company's near-term financial results.
Major BOT Initiatives: The company is developing a mixed-use BOT project at the old Pingtung winery site, featuring a hotel, retail space, and parking, with an opening slated for Q3 2028. Additionally, the 'Kaohsiung Oceanarium' project, operated in partnership with Fubon Life, is expected to commence operations in Q2 2029.
Tainan Transit Hub: Nani-Lake has secured a 70-year BOT contract for the Tainan Ping-Shi Transit Hub with an investment of NT$7.3 billion.
