BES Engineering announced a shift to outright sales for its 'Cloud Universe' industrial park and reaffirmed its goal to sell three units of the luxury 'Tao Zhu Yin Yuan' property this year.

What Happened

Strategic Pivot: Following the entry of the Po-Chia Group, BES Engineering has shifted the sales strategy for its 'Cloud Universe' tech office project from long-term leasing to outright sales. The company expects this change to be a significant driver for its financial performance over the next two years, with the first phase expected to receive an occupancy permit by year-end.

Luxury Real Estate: The company maintains its annual sales target of three units for the iconic 'Tao Zhu Yin Yuan' luxury residential project. While no units have been sold by the company so far this year, it holds 11 units in inventory and remains committed to its sales objectives.

Infrastructure Focus: BES Engineering currently manages a robust portfolio of 30 public works projects, with a total contract value of NT$184 billion and a remaining backlog of over NT$96 billion. The company plans to continue prioritizing public infrastructure and tech-oriented office developments in its future growth strategy.

Financial Outlook: The company's performance for the second half of the year will be heavily influenced by the remaining inventory of the 'Bi Yan Ge' project and the sales progress of its luxury assets. Management remains focused on balancing its core civil engineering business with strategic real estate development to ensure stable long-term growth.
