Private Placement: Chou Chin Tech has successfully issued 36,000 new shares through a private placement, fully subscribed by Big Data Tech. The transaction, valued at approximately NT$1.04 billion, grants Big Data Tech a nearly 25% stake, making it the single largest shareholder of the company.
