Jing Mei Tech, a key supplier of structural components for probe cards, is currently operating at full capacity to meet the intense delivery schedules requested by its clients.
Core Technical Capabilities: Jing Mei Tech specializes in probe card structural components, precision micro-drilling, and test stiffeners, positioning itself as a unique one-stop shop in the domestic market. Its high-precision drilling technology is critical for ensuring the alignment accuracy and yield rates of advanced probe cards, making the company a vital node in the semiconductor testing supply chain.
Strong Client Base and Outlook: The company serves major industry players, including TSMC, MPI Corporation, Chunghwa Precision Test Tech, and global leader Formfactor. With order visibility extending three to five years, management remains highly optimistic about the company's long-term growth trajectory driven by these strategic partnerships.
Aggressive Capacity Expansion: To capitalize on the robust demand, Jing Mei Tech is significantly increasing its capital expenditure, with over NT$500 million allocated for both this year and next. The company plans to add 50 CNC machines in Q4 and double its laser drilling capacity by February next year to support the anticipated surge in production requirements.
