Ulsan City is providing 76 billion won in financial stability funds to local small and medium-sized enterprises and merchants struggling with economic uncertainty.

Funding Overview: Ulsan City has announced a 76 billion won financial support package aimed at alleviating liquidity issues for local SMEs and small business owners. The fund is divided into 56 billion won for SME development and 20 billion won for small business stability.
Allocation Details: SME funds are allocated to general businesses and the automotive sector, with individual caps ranging from 500 million to 600 million won based on export performance. Small business owners based in Ulsan can receive up to 80 million won per entity.
Interest Rate Subsidy: The program operates by partnering with financial institutions to provide interest rate subsidies ranging from 1.2% to 2.5% per annum. Additional preferential rates are available for specific categories such as venture firms and long-standing model businesses.
Application Process: Applications for the SME development fund will be accepted from October 14 to 18 via the Ulsan Economic and Job Promotion Agency portal. Small business owners can begin submitting their applications through the Ulsan Credit Guarantee Foundation website starting on the 10th.
