Despite temporary headwinds from seasonal factors and the lunar ghost month, the company maintained steady growth supported by essential home repair demand and robust e-commerce performance.
Digital Strategy: The company continues to leverage its membership program and online channels, with total members reaching 723,000 by the end of August. E-commerce revenue, including the company's official platform and third-party marketplaces, surged by 56.18%, highlighting the success of its O2O integration strategy.
Expansion Progress: The company's "100-store plan" is nearing completion, with the upcoming opening of the Zhudong store in Hsinchu bringing the total count to 99 locations. Management is focusing on high-density population areas to optimize supply chain and logistics efficiency across its retail network.
