Global fitness equipment leader Johnson Health Tech posted record-breaking September revenue, driven by robust demand in US home and commercial markets.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: Johnson Health Tech reported a September consolidated revenue of NT$5.56 billion, marking a 17.1% year-on-year increase and a 13-month growth streak. Cumulative revenue for the first three quarters reached NT$40.03 billion, setting a new historical high for the period.
Market Drivers: The US home fitness segment saw a 40% annual growth, with the BowFlex brand performing exceptionally well. Meanwhile, the commercial sector continues to expand as fitness chains, hotels, and corporate centers increase their equipment procurement.
Product Strategy: The company maintains a comprehensive product portfolio ranging from entry-level to high-end, utilizing brands like Vision, Matrix, and ONYX. Recent successful projects, such as the equipment installation at The Landmark London, highlight their competitive edge in the premium commercial market.
Capacity Expansion: The new Vietnam plant, operational since August, is expected to generate an annual output value of US$400 million. With the upcoming holiday season in Western markets, analysts remain optimistic that the company will achieve record-breaking annual financial results.
