Fositek achieved record monthly revenue in September, driven by robust shipments of liquid cooling connectors and new platform production for Amazon.
What Happened
Record Revenue Growth: Fositek reported a record-breaking monthly revenue of NT$1.613 billion for September, marking a 5.5% monthly increase and a 32.17% year-on-year growth. The company also achieved a new quarterly high in Q3, underscoring strong operational momentum throughout the first nine months of the year.
Expanded Product Applications: The company's performance is supported by high shipment volumes of GB300 quick connectors and the expansion of QD applications into Compute Trays and Rack Manifolds. Additionally, the gradual mass production of VR200 products has increased both the volume and value per rack.
Client-Driven Growth: In the ASIC segment, initial shipments of liquid cooling connectors for Amazon's AWS Trainium 3 have commenced. Furthermore, the slide rail business is benefiting from the mass production of Amazon's new AWS platform, serving as a key driver for revenue growth.
Profitability Outlook: Analysts expect Fositek's gross margin to continue improving as product penetration increases and specifications are upgraded. Long-term, the company is well-positioned to expand its addressable market through advancements in QD quick connector technology.
