Organizational Restructuring: Hyundai Motor Securities has reorganized its Investment Banking (IB) division into two distinct units: Structured Finance and Corporate Finance. The former IB division has been renamed the Structured Finance Division, focusing on Project Financing (PF) and alternative investments.

Specialized Focus: The newly established Corporate Finance Division will oversee Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and corporate client services. It includes two specialized offices dedicated to bond underwriting, brokerage, and corporate relationship management.

Expansion Strategy: The firm aims to leverage its new corporate finance structure to grow its DCM business. Long-term plans include expanding into Equity Capital Markets (ECM), including IPOs and M&A advisory services.

Operational Efficiency: A dedicated corporate finance support team has been created to streamline operations. This restructuring is designed to enhance the firm's overall IB expertise and improve its responsiveness to market demands.
