San-Di Energy reports a 412% surge in H1 profits, driven by steady green energy sales, with major storage and solar projects set to launch in H2.
What Happened
Financial Performance: San-Di Energy reported a net profit of NT$19.29 million for the first half of the year, representing a 412% year-over-year increase. The company attributed this significant growth to its subsidiary, Monster Power, which has seen stable green electricity supply volumes reaching 13-14 million kWh per month, providing high-margin, recurring cash flow.
Growth Drivers: The company is set to accelerate its operational momentum in the second half of the year with the launch of 84.9MW in energy storage projects and the commencement of 132MW in proprietary solar power plants. These infrastructure developments are expected to serve as key pillars for future revenue growth and market expansion.
Strategic Partnerships: In July, San-Di Energy signed a contract with Japanese energy firm Sustech to manage the rooftop solar installation and long-term maintenance for the Taipei Port Container Terminal. This 3.7MW project marks the company's first collaboration with a major international player, highlighting its growing technical capabilities in the EPC sector.
Future Outlook: By leveraging both physical infrastructure and green energy supply services, San-Di Energy has established a solid foundation for sustainable growth. The company plans to continue deepening its international partnerships and expanding its renewable energy footprint to ensure long-term market competitiveness.
