What Happened
Return to Profitability: Green Power Recycling achieved a net profit of 33.64 million TWD in the first half of 2026, marking a successful turnaround from the previous year. This performance has already surpassed the company's total profit of 15.44 million TWD recorded for the entire year of 2025.
Margin Expansion: Driven by rising international copper prices, the company's gross margin recovered to 19.24%, an increase of 13.23 percentage points year-over-year. The strong operational efficiency resulted in an EPS of 0.67 TWD for the period.
Dividend Distribution: The board of directors approved a cash dividend of 0.35 TWD per share for the first half, exceeding the 0.2 TWD payout for the full year of 2025. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for September 30, reflecting improved financial health.
Future Outlook: While cumulative revenue for the first eight months of 2026 reached 670 million TWD, down 1.31% year-over-year, the company expects a quarterly revenue recovery trend. Management remains optimistic about the impact of copper price fluctuations on its recycling operations.
