IT services provider Systex announced record-breaking results for the first nine months of the year, driven by strong demand for AI infrastructure and cloud services.
What Happened
Record Financial Performance: Systex reported strong results for the first nine months of the year, with consolidated revenue reaching NT$46.385 billion, a 42.3% year-on-year increase. Net profit rose by 36.7% to NT$2.009 billion, resulting in an earnings per share of NT$7.38, marking a historical high for the period.
Strong Growth Drivers: The company attributed its robust performance to sustained demand for digital transformation from both the public and private sectors. Key growth areas included AI infrastructure construction, cloud services, and software and hardware licensing procurement.
Project Completion Impact: Revenue was further bolstered by the successful completion and acceptance of large-scale client projects. Additionally, the company's distribution and agency business continued to scale, providing consistent support to its core operations.
Non-Operating Headwinds: Despite strong core business performance, the company noted that third-quarter net profit was slightly impacted by capital market volatility. These non-operating factors resulted in a year-on-year decline in quarterly profit despite the overall growth trend.
