Record Financial Performance: Pengyi* reported its 2026 third-quarter results, with consolidated revenue reaching NT$4.58 billion, a 124.13% year-on-year increase. Net profit attributable to the parent company hit NT$466 million, resulting in a record-high quarterly EPS of NT$5.99, while cumulative revenue for the first nine months surged 71.72% year-on-year.
Growth Drivers: The company attributed the strong performance to continuous capacity expansion and new plant construction by semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging clients. Despite shifts in the project mix, effective cost management and improved operational efficiency allowed the company to maintain a gross margin of 24% and an operating margin of 14% for the quarter.
Dividend Policy: The board of directors approved a cash dividend of NT$5 per share for the first half of 2026, representing a payout ratio of 59%. The ex-dividend date is set for February 17, 2027, with the cash dividend payout scheduled for March 4, 2027, reflecting the company's commitment to shareholder returns.
