Strong Financial Performance: Land Bank of Taiwan celebrated its 80th anniversary by announcing pre-tax profits exceeding NT$20 billion, with a budget achievement rate of nearly 160%. The bank maintains exceptional asset quality, evidenced by a non-performing loan ratio of just 0.07% and a loan loss coverage ratio of 2007%.
Legacy of Policy Support: Since its inception in 1946, the bank has been a cornerstone of national development, supporting land reform, water infrastructure, and industrial zone construction. It continues to fulfill its policy mandate by managing over 129,000 youth housing loans totaling more than NT$710 billion.
Digital and ESG Commitment: Government officials commended the bank for its successful digital transformation and leadership in ESG governance.
