Q2 Financial Performance: DB HiTek announced a strong second quarter with revenue of 414.5 billion KRW and an operating profit of 105.2 billion KRW. These figures represent year-on-year growth of 22.8% and 42.5%, respectively, with an operating margin of 25%.
Growth Drivers: The solid performance was fueled by rising demand for power semiconductors in automotive and industrial sectors. Additionally, increased volume from high-growth areas such as AI data centers and robotics significantly contributed to profitability.
Outlook for H2: The company plans to maintain a 98% production line utilization rate throughout the second half of the year. Furthermore, management intends to implement additional price increases and optimize product mix to boost average selling prices.
Strategic Expansion: As a specialized foundry, DB HiTek is actively expanding into next-generation processes like SiC and GaN. The firm continues to strengthen its global partnerships to secure a competitive edge in emerging high-growth markets.
