GDR Pricing Finalized: Wistron has completed the pricing for its Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) offering, raising approximately US$1.472 billion. The offering consists of 25 million units, representing 250 million common shares, with an official issuance date set for September 10.

Discount Details: The GDRs were priced at US$58.88 per unit, which translates to approximately NT$186.24 per share. This represents a 5.5% discount compared to the company's closing price of NT$197 on September 7.

Market Reaction: Following the announcement, Wistron shares faced significant selling pressure on September 8, closing down 5.33% at NT$186.5. This decline marks the lowest closing price for the stock in the past four trading sessions.

Institutional Activity: Institutional investors offloaded a net 43,345 shares on September 8, ending a streak of buying. Despite the overall sell-off, domestic investment trusts and proprietary traders remained net buyers, extending their buying streaks to eight and seven days, respectively.
