September Financial Performance: Material-KY reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.025 billion for September, marking a 30% increase compared to the same period last year, though down 1% month-on-month. The cumulative revenue for the first nine months of the year reached NT$8.678 billion, representing a 17% year-on-year decline.
Inventory Recovery: The company noted that after over a year of inventory adjustments, downstream client stock levels have returned to a healthy range. Management expects that restocking demand will gradually emerge, providing a boost to future order volumes.
Strategic Outlook: Looking ahead, the company maintains a cautiously optimistic view on its long-term development. It plans to remain flexible in its operations while monitoring terminal demand and global trade conditions to ensure sustained competitiveness.
Global M&A Activity: Material-KY is moving forward with the acquisition of 100% of Cerdia Holding, a European peer with over a century of manufacturing expertise. By leveraging Cerdia's production bases in Europe and the Americas, the company aims to deepen its global footprint and enhance its product portfolio.
