What Happened
Record Performance: Lianjia reported H1 consolidated revenue of NT$3.532 billion and a net profit of NT$240 million, with an EPS of NT$1.15, marking record highs for the period. Q2 net profit attributable to the parent company reached NT$142 million, a 44.15% quarterly increase.
Margin Expansion: Thanks to value engineering (VAVE) and effective cost control, the Q2 gross margin climbed to 21.98%, up 4.71 percentage points from the previous quarter. The average gross margin for the first half reached 19.51%.
Growth Drivers: The strong performance is attributed to an optimized product mix, increased shipments of high-margin automotive lighting, and high capacity utilization across global plants. The new Mexico facility is expected to begin mass production in Q4, reducing logistics and tariff costs.
Strategic Expansion: Following its transition into a holding company, Lianjia is actively expanding beyond automotive optoelectronics into AI smart cities, Micro-LED CPO, military drones, and robotics.
