King-Tech reported a 93.12% year-on-year revenue increase for August, driven by robust demand from memory chip clients and expanded special gas production.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: King-Tech announced August revenue of NT$130 million, a 93.12% year-on-year increase, with cumulative revenue for the first eight months reaching NT$1.056 billion. The growth is primarily attributed to a significant rise in shipments to overseas memory chip customers compared to the previous year.
Product Outlook: Sales of high-purity C4F6 remain strong, with order visibility extending to one year. The company expects its special gas cylinder shipments to double in the second half of the year, with Q4 shipments projected to reach between 7,400 and 7,600 units.
Market Expansion: Having secured eight international certifications for laser gases, King-Tech is well-positioned to expand its global market share. Additionally, the company is receiving positive feedback from clients regarding TGV technology verification.
Financial Outlook: Despite reporting a net loss in the first half of the year due to price fluctuations and R&D investment, the company maintains its annual revenue growth target of over 30%. Management expects operational performance to improve significantly as new semiconductor capacity comes online.
