Genius Electronic Performance: Genius Electronic Optical reported August revenue of NT$2.719 billion, a three-year high and a 12.26% monthly increase. While VR product shipments declined, increased demand for mobile lenses bolstered overall performance and improved the product mix.
Genius Electronic Outlook: The company remains optimistic about the current quarter due to traditional peak season demand. However, fourth-quarter results remain contingent on consumer reception of new client product launches.
Gigabyte Revenue Surge: Gigabyte achieved a record-breaking August revenue of NT$47.401 billion, representing a 98.43% year-over-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$340.883 billion, up 55.23% compared to the same period last year.
Gigabyte Market Outlook: Chairman Yeh Pei-cheng stated that AI demand remains exceptionally strong and is expected to persist in the near term. The company holds a positive outlook for both the second half of the year and the upcoming year.
