Conversely, foreign investors showed interest in specific semiconductor and financial stocks, with Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing (PSMC) leading the buying list at 73,710 shares.
Market Dynamics: Analysts noted that the market was primarily dragged down by weakness in U.S. markets and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index. Despite the early morning sell-off, the index managed to trim losses toward the close, partially supported by MSCI quarterly rebalancing flows and opportunistic buying.
Future Outlook: Market experts suggest that the index faces significant resistance at the 46,500-point level.
