Allied Circuit reported a surge in Q3 earnings, with EPS hitting NT$1.16, driven by robust demand for AI server components and high-end electronics.
What Happened
Quarterly Profit Surge: Allied Circuit announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting a net profit of NT$48 million and an EPS of NT$1.16. This quarterly performance surpassed the total profit generated in the first half of the year, highlighting significant operational scaling.
AI-Driven Growth: The company's growth is primarily fueled by the upgrade of AI server peripheral equipment and rising demand for high-end PCBs. Specifically, shipments of backup battery units (BBU) for AI servers have become a key contributor to revenue growth.
Product Mix Optimization: By expanding into high-margin applications such as low-earth orbit satellites and aerospace/defense, Allied Circuit has successfully optimized its product mix. This strategy helped achieve a gross margin of 27.37% in the third quarter, improving both average selling prices and profitability.
Semiconductor Expansion: Allied Circuit is pursuing a diversification strategy, recently joining the Dexin Semiconductor Alliance. The company plans to participate in SEMICON Japan 2026 to foster international partnerships and further expand its footprint in the semiconductor industry.
