Yung-Jie achieved record-breaking revenue for August and the first eight months of 2026, supported by strong demand for eco-friendly shoe materials and property sales.

What Happened

Strong Revenue Growth: Yung-Jie reported August revenue of NT$191 million, a 42.95% year-on-year increase, with cumulative revenue for the first eight months reaching NT$1.91 billion, up 62.81%. This record performance was driven by seasonal demand from international sports brands and the successful delivery of multiple real estate projects.

Capacity Expansion: To meet growing overseas demand, the company is accelerating the construction of a hazardous material warehouse and new reaction tanks at its Madou plant. These facilities are expected to come online in Q3 2027, significantly increasing polyester polyol capacity for markets like Japan and India.

Market Recovery: Inventory levels for international sports brands have returned to healthy levels, leading to a rebound in orders for high-performance and eco-friendly shoe materials. The company is also scaling up its European water-based PU and solvent-free product lines to improve capacity utilization and product margins.

Strategic Outlook: Yung-Jie remains cautiously optimistic for the second half of 2026, focusing on eco-friendly materials, high-performance shoe components, and electronic materials. By diversifying its applications, the company aims to enhance production efficiency and sustain long-term operational growth.
