Steady Revenue Growth: Taiwan Sakura (9911-TW) announced an August revenue of NT$869 million, marking a 6.79% year-on-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$7.276 billion, reflecting a 6.77% growth compared to the same period last year.
Product Portfolio Upgrades: The company is seeing significant traction in its high-end and AI-integrated product lines, with AI kitchen appliance sales jumping 24% and water purifier sales rising 14% in August. Notably, sales of high-margin filter consumables surged 53%, highlighting the growing recurring revenue stream from an expanding installed base.
Expansion in Home Solutions: The home solutions segment grew 14% in August, supported by the progress of new residential construction projects. By integrating AI kitchens and water systems into new homes, Sakura is effectively securing long-term service and replacement opportunities with new homeowners.
Profitability and Outlook: Despite seasonal fluctuations in quarterly earnings, the company maintained a solid gross margin of 35.43% for the first half of 2026. Management continues to focus on enhancing the 'Lifetime Value' (LTV) of its customers to ensure sustained profitability and market leadership.
