Driven by robust AI and energy storage demand, relay manufacturer Song Chuan Precision reported its second-highest monthly revenue in August, eyeing a fourth consecutive quarter of record-breaking growth.

Robust Revenue Growth: Song Chuan Precision reported August revenue of NT$872 million, a 66.41% year-on-year increase, marking the second-highest monthly figure in its history. With deferred orders scheduled for recognition in September, the company is on track to achieve its fourth consecutive quarter of record-breaking revenue in Q3.
Product Mix Optimization: The company has successfully expanded its footprint in high-voltage, high-current applications, including data center inverters, server power supplies, and UPS systems. Revenue contribution from these segments rose to 17% in the first half of 2026, representing an 80% year-on-year growth in shipment value.
Profitability Gains: Monthly net profit surged 1.96 times to NT$122 million, with gross margins consistently exceeding 30% and monthly EPS reaching NT$1.53. The cumulative EPS for the first seven months of 2026 stands at NT$7.05, reflecting strong operational efficiency and improved product margins.
Global Capacity Expansion: To support major power supply clients expanding in Texas, Song Chuan is accelerating capacity investments in Mexico and Vietnam. With capital expenditures raised to over NT$400 million, the company is positioning itself to meet the surging demand for relays within the global AI infrastructure supply chain.
