What Happened
Record Revenue: Ronghui-KY reported August 2026 revenue of NT$242 million, a 31.04% monthly increase and an 84.99% year-over-year surge, marking a new monthly record. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$1.415 billion, reflecting a 23.49% growth driven by the AI server segment.
AI Growth Drivers: Chairman Liu Shih-lin noted that demand for AI server liquid cooling modules and related components is robust. With new US-based clients contributing to shipments, August output for Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) reached 1,000 units, while AI-related products increased to 10.8% of total revenue.
Cost Pass-Through and Margins: Despite rising costs for raw materials like fiberglass and resin, the company has successfully passed on costs to nearly 90% of its customers due to strong demand. AI-related products carry higher margins than the company's traditional offerings, serving as a key profit driver.
Dividend Policy: The company has shifted to a semi-annual dividend policy. Following an EPS of NT$4.31 in the first half of 2026, the board declared a cash dividend of NT$3.5 per share. The ex-dividend date is set for September 15, with payouts scheduled for October 13.
