The partnership leverages specialized veterinary oncology models to assess the drug's efficacy across a range of solid tumors.
Expanding Clinical Potential: The study focuses on diverse cancer types, including osteosarcoma, melanoma, and soft tissue sarcoma. By utilizing these preclinical models, Anbogen aims to generate robust scientific evidence to support the expansion of ABT-301's indications for future human clinical trials.
Optimizing Combination Therapies: The research will involve comprehensive mechanistic analysis to determine the efficacy of ABT-301 both as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents.
