Fashion platform Musinsa has officially submitted its application for a preliminary review to list on the Korea Stock Exchange's KOSPI market.
What Happened
IPO Filing: The Korea Exchange announced that it has received a formal application from fashion platform Musinsa for a preliminary review to list on the KOSPI market.
Ownership Structure: As of the filing date, CEO Cho Man-ho and 26 other shareholders hold a combined 54.2% stake in the company.
Financial Performance: Established in 2012, Musinsa reported 1.35 trillion KRW in revenue and 145.8 billion KRW in operating profit on a separate basis last year.
Net Results: Despite strong top-line growth, the company recorded a net loss of 10.6 billion KRW during the same period, which may be a point of focus during the listing process.
