Financial Pipeline Development: The bank plans to act as an 'anchor bank' for the region, creating a localized financial pipeline that supports semiconductor companies from the initial industrial park development phase through to long-term growth. Preventing Capital Outflow: A key objective of the task force is to minimize the outflow of policy funds and investment capital from the region. By fostering a virtuous financial cycle, the bank intends to ensure that support reaches local small and medium-sized suppliers and partners effectively.
