Award Recognition: Yuanta Securities received the Gold Prize in the Security category at the 6th Commercial Times Digital Finance Awards for its AI-driven cybersecurity defense network. This accolade highlights the firm's long-term commitment to information security governance and incident response capabilities.
Security Governance: Since establishing an independent cybersecurity department in 2022, Yuanta has implemented a risk-based governance model and a 24/7 Security Operations Center. By integrating advanced platforms like SIEM, SOAR, and NDR, the firm has strengthened its threat detection and extended consistent security standards to its overseas subsidiaries.
Proactive Defense: To address cross-border cyber threats, Yuanta shifted from passive defense to proactive warning systems, becoming the first Taiwanese securities firm to join the international cybersecurity organization FIRST in 2025. This membership enhances the firm's intelligence handling and strengthens collaborative defense resilience.
Supply Chain Resilience: Recognizing the reliance on cloud resources, Yuanta has incorporated its IT supply chain into its operational continuity management system, backed by ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications.
